By the Grace of God

Scott has always came away from conferences he has been in charge of saying, "It is by the grace of God it all came together." I have always pondered his words. Just this week, out of town putting a big event together, he came in desperate need of something. Within a few minutes a stanger came up to him and asked him if he needed something. Then after Scott said what he needed, the man said something like, "well that is good cuz I have what you need cuz God told me to get it for you." When Scott offered to pay for it, the man refused saying since the Lord told him to get it, he wanted the full blessing of obedience, and he would not let Scott pay. I couldnt help but think about the many times Scott gave all the glory to God for things coming together even when people weren't telling him it was God intervening. To God be the glory! Thank you God for all you do for us- working all things out for our good, to those who know You and are called according to Your purposes.
